Project Description
Five (5) PODs were designed and shipped to H2Oil Recovery Services, Inc. dba 212 Resources. Each POD consists of two (2) evaporators, one (1) distillation column, and various pre and post treatment systems designed to process 3000 barrels per day of produced and flow-back water generated in the drilling and production of natural gas.
These uniquely integrated systems recover methanol, natural gas condensate, and BTEX compounds while generating water below drinking water standards and while concentrating brine to 300,000 mg/L.
Of note is the fact that our system has not only proven the ability to generate clean, fresh water for re-use or discharge, but also the ability to do it without excessive fouling and scaling on very high TDS and organically complex feed streams – without sophisticated pre-treatment.
