20,000 Gallon Per Day System / Metalworking Wastewater
Caterpillar is the world's leading manufacturer of construction and mining equipment, diesel / natural gas engines, and industrial gas turbines.
This 20,000 gallon per day unit was installed in 2006 and is used in Caterpillars premiere manufacturing facility in East Peoria, Illinois to separate cutting and machining oils from water post manufacturing process. This VACOM unit will be essential to attain zero waste discharge for this facility as treated water is recycled to make-up coolants.
