Project Description
YKK (U.S.A) Inc. employs 900 employees at its manufacturing plant in Macon, Georgia. This facility is the world’s largest zipper manufacturing center.
Waste water from this facility is from the metal fabrication process, zipper manufacturing.
This VACOM unit treats 5,000 gallons of water per day. This system concentrates machining and cutting fluids to recover fuel value, and allows for water discharge into the sanitary sewer.
