Test the Water

Fill out the waste description and we will send you a preliminary response regarding applicability. If needed, we can then arrange a bench test.

Vacom's VCD2000 series system bench-top evaluation is designed to facilitate accurate system proposal development and performance.

The bench-top test apparatus is designed to determine the viability of an application and to produce representative effluent and concentrate. Analytical testing of the resulting condensate and concentrate is available through an independent, EPA-approved laboratory. Additionally, concentrate is evaluated for thermal characteristics, which allows Vacom to properly design a system.

A non-hazardous, representative and composite sample of your wastestream should be sent to Vacom for testing. Please contact us to schedule a test and receive shipping instructions.

Questionnaire

Before arranging for samples and testing, please complete the following steps:

1. Fill out the project questionnaire and email to our customer service group.
2. We will review the project description and contact you to discuss the application and determine whether or not it is a project suited for our system.
3. Once affirmed for applicability, send us a sample (details to be arranged) from which we can determine technical results and develop a formal proposal.
